Review of Soundclash Festival #3

After the success of our jam-packed outside stage at the first Soundclash festival a year ago, On A Mission have done it again and hosted the busiest tent at the latest sell-out event on 1st May 2016. Proving that we are one of the strongest promoters in the business, the Drum'n'Bass arena was packed to the rafters less than an hour after opening and stayed that way right until the last tune dropped at 2am.

This time the Soundclash team took over the Somerley Estate as their new venue to cater for the third instalment of the South Coast’s fastest growing festival. Switch’s Ryan Keary, Rich Gilbert, Gary Bennetton and Peter Toland have certainly got their finger on the pulse when it comes to putting on a fantastic show for 10,000 festival goers and On A Mission were only too happy to collaborate with them again to showcase some of the biggest names in the scene including Hazard, Frankee and Danny Byrd.

On A Mission has clearly taken on some new followers since the last event and this was evident by the hundreds of ravers spilling outside of the arena who were joining in with the party. Iconic acts such as Mampi Swift, Friction and S.A.S.A.S.A.S ensured that the tempo never dropped as they smashed out set after set to fully cement On A Mission’s reputation as THE Drum'n'Bass promoters on the festival scene.

Alongside the DnB headliners were some of the key resident artists such as DJ Ripraw, DJ Hannibal, DJ DVant, MC Hazza and MC Kendall; catering for all tastes and dropping the freshest releases alongside some old classics to satisfy the crowd. As the lights came on at 2am, the faithful ravers were calling for just 'one more tune' and it was clear that On A Mission had surpassed expectations and become the only tent to rave at for the entire festival.

With promises of a bigger arena for next year's festival to gather the masses, all roads are now leading to our headline event SummerJam on 27th August 2016 at Sobar & Switch, Southampton. With headliners including The Prototypes, Dillinja, Shadow Demon Coalition, Logan D and many more across two venues, this is guaranteed to be a sell-out show which cannot be missed!
